Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Open your shipping confirmation email and tap Track your order to see where it is. Can't find it? Email us your order number and we'll send it straight over.
When will I get tracking?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as yours ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update after that.
How long is delivery?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of the order date. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Something wrong?
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order arrived damaged, email support@pembertonandpine.com or call 1-800-621-4904 with your order number. We reply within 12 business hours.
