Payment Policy

Here's how payment works when you shop with Pemberton & Pine. Last updated November 5, 2026.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The exact options available to you are shown at checkout; some wallets only appear on supported devices and browsers.

Currency and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the item. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We don't add hidden fees, and no paid add-ons are ever pre-selected for you.

When you're charged

Your payment is authorized and charged when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and refund that item in full.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Payment problems

If your payment is declined, please check your billing details or try a different method. If you see an unexpected charge, contact us first and we'll sort it out quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Cancellations made before dispatch are refunded in full. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
